/api/transactions serves the Notion Transactions database live when the NOTION_TOKEN secret is set and that database is shared with the integration. Otherwise it falls back to a baked snapshot (772 transactions, Apr–Aug 2026) so the charts never break — every page shows which mode it is in at the bottom.
